Something I got from the conference is the reminder of being God-oriented. I am not alone in the battle. It was really touching to hear the testimonies, and how God has worked in people’s lives. God is the hero. His glory becomes even greater in our imperfection. The singing was powerful!
This was my first Pure and Simple conference and I am truly happy I was able to attend. I must say, it is, by far, the most impactful and life changing conference I have been to.
What I walked away with is a better awareness of myself and the mighty power of God that changes lives.
I am so encouraged by the things I have learned from the conference and feel like everyone needs to know this; I cannot stop sharing with my friends and family who are not disciples.
I pray that the purity ministry continues to grow in the Kingdom and God will continue to work powerfully in the lives of men and women. This is ministry is very much needed.

Words cannot express the depth of hope, grace, openness, redemption, truth and power felt at the workshop. What a way for God to deepen my understanding of grace through the lives of my brothers and sisters.
There is no doubt in my mind that Aaron and Theresa serve from the love of the Lord. These folks are worthy of imitation because they do the hard work by this grace and we see the fruit!!! The spirit worked through all the speakers to bring one cohesive message in my heart – GOD HAS GIVEN US THE POWER TO OVERCOME.
Part of me felt on track in my purity this year which led to some hesitation in going to the conference. God humbled me and allowed some weakness to surface in the area of purity. Note to self you have not arrived – humble yourself under God’s word and don’t trust in your own righteousness.
Lastly these are some quotes that really touch me. You cannot control the Dawn-God brings the dawn not you. There is no recovery without Jesus. The man you feed is the man that will lead. Boundaries keep Satan at bay so we can see God more clearly. Consistency over Intensity.

Over this year’s Labor Day weekend, I experienced an awakening at “Is GOD Enough?” Singles Enrichment Weekend in Montreal. I realized I have been on the same spiritual step for awhile and it’s time for me to step up.
When the Pure and Simple Conference was announced in church,I knew GOD provided this opportunity for me to address my constant sexual fantasizing and shame from my past.
After the conference,I have peace that surpasses understanding and clearly see GOD’s unfailing love for me.

Friday to Sunday was a Tear Fest of Emotions! Very Inspiring!! I can’t wait for our group to start in Brooklyn! [/typography][/quote]
[quote][typography font=”” size=”18″ size_format=”px” color=”#b2820a”]I wanted to thank you and Theresa for all of your hard work, dedication, and heart in hosting the Pure and Simple Conference. It was the first one I attended and I was totally blown away! The messages, testimonials, and fellowship was faith building. I especially loved the art therapy assignment. It helped me address my fears, get vulnerable, and encourage my brothers and sisters. I didn’t want the conference to end. I felt like I was nestled in a safe cocoon. However, I am excited to share with my ministry, family and friends all I learned. The weekend was full of grace and truth. I felt as if I was at the foot of the cross each day. So raw, without any judgement, and full of inspiration. I left knowing my lustful thoughts no longer have to hold me in a prison of impurity. I look forward to seeing how God will use each and everyone of us to be a light of hope. [/typography][/quote]

It was an honor for me personally to assist and participate in such a life altering event. After being unable to attend Boise because of illness, you guys helped me to realize what it means once again to understand the power and impact of this ministry in the lives of myself and others. We sometimes can feel lethargic in our leadership, as if we are there, but not as fired up as we would hope and need to be. This conference has helped me to remember the …”height from which I fallen”, and how not to “[forget] my first love.” That love is, has been, and always will be, Jesus! We can sometimes feel that we have to have this great impact, or some profound message, but the truth is, all we really need to do is to give to others what we have received from the Weidners, the Nuelles, and the Hammonds, which is the same thing they were given as well by someone else at some point. Jesus, just Jesus. Nothing more, and nothing less!
Thank you all on a personal note for that reminder, and in a larger aspect, for giving that reminder to all of our first-time participants, who came looking for JUST THAT!!
To God Be The Glory, FOREVER!!

The testimonies – what word is there other than awesomely amazing. The art therapy was tough but a good exercise to do.
My God IS Awesome – thank you again.
I have started working through a journal to identify where the struggle began and see if there is a pattern. I also started Set the captives Free purity class, waiting for the Pure in Heart download to arrive, sending off to a couple of the female speakers for copies of their lessons and have False Intimacy, Pursuing Purity and Eve’s Song to read. I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed with so much material, but wow isn’t it great it’s available at all!
Much love and hugs to you both (Aaron and Theresa)! Thanks again to you and all who helped make our time fruitful and hopeful!
